How we started!
It all began in a home kitchen, with a big pile of dumpling wrappers and a love for good food. We wanted to make dimsum the way it should be made: by hand, fresh, and with care in every fold.
What started as a small batch for family and friends quickly grew as more people asked for a taste. Every piece is still filled, folded, and steamed by hand, using quality ingredients and recipes we keep improving.
What we make
From juicy siomai and soft, fluffy siopao to dumplings packed with flavor, everything is made fresh and meant to be shared. Whether it's a quick snack, a family meal, or an order for a party, we make each batch like it's going to our own table.
